Description
A delicious and moist carrot cake that is sure to please any carrot cake fan combined with the yummiest cream cheese frosting. Note that this recipe includes walnuts and coconut, if you wish to leave either or both of these out please let me know in the comments.
Cake Serving Guide:
Two-Layer Cake Servings: 4” = 4-6 servings, 6” = 8-10 servings, 8” = 16-20 servings, 10” = 24-28 servings
Three-Layer Cake Servings: 4” = 8-10 servings, 6” = 12-18 servings, 8” = 24-30 servings, 10” = 36-44 servings
